We keep our promises and are committed to doing so in accordance with §631 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Remuneration is exclusively performance-related, for example per item, pick or flat rate. For you, this means that you only pay for the service that has actually been provided.
In addition, we are liable for damage caused by ourselves and can also cover higher amounts of damage through our public liability insurance.
